Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the rate booked and the time of cancellation. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy displayed during the booking process for the most accurate information. However, generally, our policy is as follows:
■ Free Cancellation: Cancellations made [e.g., If Cancelation done before 48 hours u will get 80% fees back ] or more before the scheduled check-in time will be free of charge.
■ Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within [e.g., 24 hours] of the scheduled check-in time will be charged [e.g., the equivalent of one night’s stay].
■ No-Show: In the event of a no-show (i.e., you do not arrive for your reservation without prior cancellation), you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
■ Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the original method of payment used for the booking. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to reflect in your account. The exact timeframe may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.
■ Early Arrival : Early Arrival to the resort may be subject to charges. Please contact the resort directly to inquire about the specific policy for early Arrivals.

- We are not responsible for any incidents, damages or so occurred during outdoor activities
- Alcohol & smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms
- Eatables are not allowed inside rooms.
- Children’s should be under parental supervision.
- do not split in resort area
- Any Damages to the Property, the concerned person will be liable for quantum.
- Stay Safe you are in forest area.
- please submit the key on the reception while check-out.
- in case lose of key it will be charged rs 1000.
- do not use towels to wipe youer shoes or any else.
