1. General Terms
Amazonika Boutique Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the website and resort services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Booking & Payment
- A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) is required at check-in for each guest.
- Guests must be 18 years or older to book a room.
- Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking. The specific amount and payment schedule will be communicated to you during the booking process.
- Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or through our secure online payment gateway. Details for each payment method will be provided during booking.
- Prices quoted are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. These charges will be clearly displayed during the booking process.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests for early check-in or late check-out should be made in advance and are subject to confirmation by the resort.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Our cancellation policy varies depending on the rate booked and the time of cancellation. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy displayed during the booking process.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the original method of payment and may take a reasonable time to reflect in your account.
5. Guest Policies
- Maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults and 1 or 2 child. Additional guests may be subject to extra charges.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted in rooms. Designated smoking areas are available [mention locations, if any].
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
6. Resort Facilities & Services
- Guests have access to the swimming pool, spa, and Carrom board (and other amenities as applicable) during their respective operational hours. These hours may vary and are subject to change.
- Loss or damage to resort property caused by a guest will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Any illegal activities or misconduct will result in immediate eviction from the resort without a refund.
7. Liability & Disputes
- The resort is not responsible for the loss or theft of guests’ valuables. Guests are advised to utilize the in-room safes provided.
- The resort shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during a guest’s stay.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your stay at Amazonika Boutique Resort will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
